Our Story: How We Got Started
Like most good things, Volleytile started out of pure frustration.
Within the past year, when shopping for workout gear, we found ourselves staring at a wall of clothing, facing a ridiculous choice: we could either buy cheap, flimsy clothes that would shrink and fall apart after three washes, or we could spend $100+ on a single pair of leggings or shorts just because they had a famous logo on them. It felt like a scam. Why should staying active and feeling confident cost a week's worth of groceries?
We knew there had to be a better way. So, we decided to build it.
By stripping away the massive marketing budgets, retail markups, and celebrity endorsements that the big brands use to inflate their prices, we found we could offer the exact same premium quality—without the unreasonable price tag.
